Class Options

Here at Eternal Fitness we encourage people all ages & fitness levels to join together and take part in our expert classes and personal training sessions to have a bit of fun, get social and fit at the same time. Our gym has the latest equipment, 25 metre swimming pool, dance and aerobics studio and Zen Room for Yoga and Pilates. We offer a full schedule of classes 6 days per week Monday to Saturday including, Strength and Conditioning, Aqua Fit, Mobility and Yoga. Strenght & Conditioning

With age our bone density starts and cardio vascular output begin to decrease if not involved in a regular exercise routine. It is vital we improve our strength to maintain our bone density and heart health. ​This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We finish with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

Aqua Fit

Our Aqua Fit class is an aqua aerobics class that involves low impact and no-weight bearing. The class is designed to burn fat, tone muscles, and provide an overall aerobic conditioning class. It also encourages mobility with controlled stretching. In the water all this can be achieved in one workout without needing the ability to swim. Aqua Aerobics is suitable for fitness levels and even for those of you who can't swim. No excuses!

Mobility Class is all about dedicating time to care for your body and soft tissue to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion. Consider this as guided self-care; a practice crucial to your athletic and fitness development.

Flex Yoga

Practiced for thousands of years, yoga is a mind and body activity. We offer several versions from beginning to advanced. Traditional postures, as well as breathing exercises will leave you feeling centred, flexible, and strong. Each instructor has their own “flavour”, try them all and see what you enjoy!
